Bhubaneswar: Odisha records the highest-ever surge with 10521 new positive cases of Covid-19 and 17 deaths in the last 24 hours, as reported on Thursday.

Among the new cases, 5945 are in quarantine and 4576 are local contacts. With this, the total number of positive cases in Odisha now stands at 500162.
