Bhubaneswar: Collection of Excise revenue in Odisha has registered a 368 per cent growth in the last 12 years, informed Excise Minister Aswini Kumar Patra in the Odisha Assembly today.
Replying to a query by BJP MLA Mohan Charan Majhi, Patra said that while the collection of Excise Revenue in the 2011-12 fiscal was Rs 1379.91 crore, it was Rs 6455.06 crore in the 2022-23 fiscal which is a growth of 368 per cent.
