Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, announced the results of the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2024 on Friday.
Aspirants can check their results on the official website, bseodisha.ac.in, under the latest updates section.
They will be redirected to results.indiaresults.com. They can get the results after entering their roll number and mobile number.
The exam was conducted on August 17, 2024, at various examination centres across the state. The online application forms were received from eligible candidates from June 25 to July 5, 2024.
The test consisted of two papers – Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is for primary school teacher aspirants, while Paper II was for those who aspire to teach higher school students from Class 6 to 8.
Each paper had 150 multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying one mark, making the total score 150 marks per paper. Aspirants had 2.5 hours to complete each exam. The minimum qualifying marks for the OTET are 60% for the General category, which is around 90 marks out of 150. For candidates from SC, ST, OBC, and SEBC, the qualifying marks are set at 50%.
