Bhubaneswar: Odisha government will felicitate India Men’s Badminton team tomorrow for winning their first Thomas Cup title after beating holders and 14-time champions Indonesia.
The Sports & Youth Services department is organizing a grand felicitation ceremony at the Lok Seba Bhavan, official sources said.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will felicitate each individual player at the felicitation ceremony.
Former badminton star Pullela Gopichand will be also felicitated along with team members of the India Men’s Badminton team.
