Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Commerce and Transport Minister Bibhuti Bhusan Jena on Saturday said that green PUCC stickers will be given free at all Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) in the state.
“Green PUCC stickers are not mandatory and are free of charge. Vehicle owners should be present when collecting them,” said Minister Jena while speaking to the media.
The initiative is part of the Commerce and Transport Department’s strict measures to curb violations of motor vehicle rules that contribute to air pollution, particularly in urban and high-traffic areas.
