Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has announced that district-level joint grievance hearings will be held across all districts on Monday, May 5, to address public complaints.
The General Administration and Public Grievance Department has opened online registration for the event, starting at 11 AM on May 2, through the Janasunani portal (https://janasunani.odisha.gov.in/).
Citizens can register to meet their respective District Collector and District Superintendent of Police to present their grievances.
Attendees are required to bring their registration acknowledgment receipt, personal identification documents, and a written grievance petition to the designated venue at the specified time.
The department has also ensured inclusivity by allowing unregistered applicants to submit their grievance petitions directly at the hearing camps.
The initiative aims to provide a transparent and accessible platform for residents to voice their concerns and seek redressal from district authorities.
The General Administration and Public Grievance Department has urged the public to utilize this opportunity to address their issues effectively.
