Bhubaneswar: Odisha government will be hosting a two-day conference of tourism ministers and secretaries from all States at the Marine Drive-Eco Retreat in Konark on 23-24 January, informed Tourism Minister Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi here today.
“A conference of tourism ministers and secretaries of all States has been planned on 23 and 24 at the Eco Retreat in Konark,” said Panigrahi.
He added that the Union Tourism Minister and Secretary have been invited to attend the conference.
“The two-day conference has been planned for bringing a change in the field of tourism and discuss the different issues and constraints faced by Odisha and the country as well,” he added.
Panigrahi said that he is hopeful that tourism ministers and secretaries from all States will take part in the conference.
“The Tourism ministers and secretaries will be showcased that ‘Odisha is the best kept secret of India’ and tourism of all types is available here in one plate,” the Minister stated.
