**Cuttack:** Odisha Health Minister Pratap Jena inaugurated a new urban Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Tulasipur here today morning. Specialist doctors will be available at the centre around the clock and medicines will be free of cost, informed the Minister.
Addressing the media on the occasion, Pratap Jena said, “The PHC will be equipped to conduct tests for blood, stool and urine. The tests will be done free-of-cost, medicines and vaccination will also be provided without any charges. Dentist and pediatric doctors will be available in the centre for select days. The cost of the building was Rs 75 lakhs and I am sure everyone in Tulasipur, Mathasahi areas will be able to reap benefit from this.”
Pratap Jena also inaugurated a new library-cum-meeting hall just above the Cardiology department of SCB medical College and Hospital today.
