Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance sleuths launched simultaneous searches at seven locations linked to Susil Kumar Panda, Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) of Ganjam block in Ganjam district, following allegations of possessing disproportionate assets (DA) beyond his known sources of income.
The raids, which began today, are being conducted under the supervision of six Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), seven Inspectors, and supporting staff, based on search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Berhampur.
The searches are targeting properties in Ganjam and Puri districts, including a triple-storeyed building at Ram Hari Nagar, Berhampur; two flats at Mukteshwar Apartment, Ankuli, Berhampur (one in Panda’s name and another in his brother’s name); a flat at Chudanga Sahi, Puri; his paternal house in Gudali, Kabisurya Nagar, Ganjam; his in-laws’ house in Bedha, Purushottampur, Ganjam; and his office at Ganjam Block.
