Bhubaneswar: Ananya Sritam Nanda known as Ananya Nanda who was the winner of Indian Idol Junior Season 2 in 2015 is now contesting for Indian Idol.
In the audition round of Indian Idol Season 13 that aired on Sunday, Ananya again displayed her singing skills with the song ‘Hai Rama Yeh Kya Hua’ from the movie Rangeela.
Ananya who had started as a Bollywood playback singer in film ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and is also regular playback singer for Ollywood Industry is again starting from the bottom to go one step further towards her dreams and to catch the attention of her idol Arijit Singh.
Indian Idol judge Vishal Dadlani recorded the performance of Ananya and promised it to send it to Arijit. She cleared the audition round and earned a Golden Ticket. Now India has to wait to know if she is able to earn the Indian Idol title.
