Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (OMFED) has announced a price hike for its milk variants, effective June 12, 2025.
Toned milk will now cost Rs 50 per litre, marking a Rs 2 increase from its previous price. Premium milk will be priced at Rs 54 per litre, also seeing a Rs 2 hike.
Meanwhile, Gold Premium milk will cost Rs 56 per litre, reflecting a Rs 4 increase. Additionally, Gold Premium+ milk will now be available at Rs 60 per litre.
Here’s a breakdown of the new prices:
– Toned Milk: Now costs Rs 50 per litre, up by Rs 2 from the previous price.
- – Premium Milk: Priced at Rs 54 per litre, also up by Rs 2.
- – Gold Premium Milk: Costs Rs 56 per litre, with a Rs 4 increase.
- – Gold Premium+ Milk: Now priced at Rs 60 per litre.
It is pertinent to mention that the state government will bear Rs 2 of the price hike, while consumers will pay the remaining amount.
