One Dead, Another Critical After ‘Ama Bus’ Hits Bike in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: In an unfortunate incident, a man was killed and another sustained critical injuries after Mo Bus hit their bike near Panda Sahi in Bhingarpur panchayat on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar,
The deceased has been identified as Ashok Bala, while Naresh Swain (30) is battling for his life in the hospital.

According to eyewitnesses, Ashok and Naresh were riding a bike to Govindapur when an ‘Ama Bus’ hit them near Panda Sahi. Ashok suffered severe head injuries and died on the spot, while Naresh was thrown off the bike and is currently in critical condition.

The police have registered a case and are investigating the incident. Locals have demanded action against the bus driver, alleging reckless driving. The incident has sparked public outrage, with demands for strict regulations on drivers to prevent such accidents in the future.
