Berhampur: One person died in a blast while making crackers at Karan Sahi under Khallikote police limits in Ganjam district on Saturday.
The deceased identified as Jitendra Pradhan (30) was making crackers on the roof of his house at Arbind Nagar today morning.
Pradhan was preparing the crackers to be used during a Ramayan play in his village. After the blast, he was rushed to nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
