Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, one person was killed and two others sustained severe injuries in a series of accidents in front of Raj Bhavan, Bhubaneswar, on Saturday.
According to reports, a Hyundai car was driven on the wrong side of the road and collided with two bikes. The car then veered off the road, climbing over the divider surrounding Raj Bhavan. One of the bikes was trapped underneath the car, while the other was crushed in the collision.
Two injured individuals were rushed to Capital Hospital in critical condition.
Local sources revealed that one of the drivers involved in the accident was under the influence of alcohol.
Following a tip-off, the police arrived at the scene and have initiated an investigation into the incident.
