One Stabbed To Death; Two Hurt Over Trivial Dispute In Sonepur

Bhubaneswar: A man was stabbed to death and two others were seriously injured in a clash at Binika in Sonepur district.

The deceased has been identified as Somanath Meher, a resident of Nuapada.

The incident occurred due to a trivial dispute, which escalated into a violent confrontation. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital and later referred to Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences And Research (VIMSAR) for further treatment.

Upon being informed, police have reached the scene and launched an investigation to ascertain the reason behind the dispute which led to the death of a person.
