For the first time in the country, Odisha has implemented an innovative project of Village-wise Plot Level Analysis of Paddy Crop Growing Areas.
This innovative project will facilitate Government of Odisha to procure paddy from genuine farmers, those who have registered themselves through P-PAS (Paddy Procurement Automation System) of Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare System.
This AI-ML backed Remote Sensing & GIS project has eliminated fake paddy growing farmland in the inclusion of minimum support price (MSP) programme of Government and saved more than Rs 1500 crore of Government money.
