Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB) will construct 351 Housing units and 25 shops at Gadakana Mouza in Bhubaneswar
The OSHB invited tender for the work on EPC mode on October 10, 2023. After the completion of the transparent bidding process, M/s Shree Balaji Engicons Ltd emerged as L1 bidder.
The State Cabinet has approved the tender for the above project to award the contract to the lowest bidder M/s Shree Balaji Engicons Ltd, for the development of the project on EPC mode with an amount of Rs.134,85,00,000.
The project is targeted for completion within 36 months.
In another decision, the Cabinet has accorded approval for allotment to 515 eligible displaced families of East Pakistan and Burma Repatriates with DP Tenements free of cost, up to four tenements per family.
These displaced persons from East Pakistan and Burma repatriates have settled at Sunabeda Municipality in Koraput from the year, 1964. Now they will have a permanent title and ownership over the land and structures existing over such land.
The government has also waived off a total amount of 5,11,94,700 out of which 8,65,200 towards the loan amount of 206 families and 5,03,29,500/- towards the market value of 1,64,000 Sq. ft. of land.
