Bhubaneswar: Saheed Nagar Police have arrested the Manager of Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC), Ardhendhu Sekhar Mohanty, and contractual employee Sunil Ghadei on charges of embezzling Rs 17.50 lakh from Hotel ‘Nimantran’ in the past six months.
The two had been transferring 50 percent of the daily profit of OTDC’s ‘Nimantran’ to their personal accounts. After it was revealed during the audit, a complaint was registered at Saheed Nagar Police Station. Based on the complaint, the two were arrested and forwarded to court.
