Bhubaneswar: A total of 14,136 public grievance petitions have been resolved through the Odisha Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell over the past seven months, as informed in the Odisha Assembly on Monday.
In response to a question raised by MLA Tankadhar Tripathy, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi provided a written statement.
The statement revealed that, during eight grievance redressal sessions over the past seven months, 8,737 grievances were directly submitted to the Chief Minister.
Additionally, 72,850 public grievance petitions were received online during this period.
Out of the complaints submitted directly to the Chief Minister, 3,911 public grievances have been resolved so far. Meanwhile, 10,225 public grievances have been resolved from the complaints received online.
Sharing data from Jharsuguda district, CM Majhi mentioned that 4,061 grievances were received, of which 2,864 have already been resolved.
