Bhubaneswar: Over 43 percent of polling was reported till 12 PM in the second phase of the panchayat elections in Odisha, informed State Election Commission (SEC) Secretary Rabindra Sahu on Friday.
Except for the ballot boxes loot incident in Jagatsinghpur, polling was relatively peaceful across the State. Disputed Kotia gram panchayat in Koraput district also witnessed over 40 percent polling till 12 PM.
