Bhubaneswar: Hundreds of members of Odisha Driver Mahasangha on a padayatra to Naveen Niwas, over 10-point charter of demands including pension and recognition as Covid Warriors, has reached Bhubaneswar.
The drivers had been on padayatra across various districts of the State from Oct 21. Their demands include Rs 5000 pension, construction of restrooms at every 50 kilometres on National & State Highways, recognition as Covid Warriors, etc.
