Bhubaneswar: In two separate incidents in Bolangir and Jajpur districts, three Ward members have been allegedly kidnapped before the conduct of election of Naib Sarpanchs.
According to reports, while two Ward members of Sahajbahal village in Bolangir district have been allegedly kidnapped, another Ward member of Panasa panchayat in Jajpur district has been kidnapped.
In both cases, family members have alleged that the Ward members have been kidnapped by members of rival groups.
