Bhubaneswar: The 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman VK Pandian today inspected Srimandir Parikrama Project and reviewed queue management and traffic control around the temple for smooth and safe entry of pilgrims into the temple.
He reviewed various segments of the project on the early morning from 7 AM to 9 AM.
He conducted a thorough review of the project’s progress, landscaping works, mutt restoration, Queue management system from Shree Parking(JBPC) & Marichikote to Dola Bedi.
Some key decisions were taken and directives were given accordingly.
He emphasized on substantial progress on Dolabedi restoration, Emar matha, Panjabi Matha, Uttarparswa matha and façade painting around the Parikrama.
Panidan also inspected and reviewed the landscaping done in different patches of South, West and North and directed to complete substantially the buffer zones and other landscaping zones on all sides by next week.
Completion of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), garbage chutes, and shifting of sub-station on decided time.
Timely completion of the electrical works & shifting of utilities near Meghanad Pachiri visited Jagannath Ballav area, Shree Marga and development of Pramod Udyan and instructed to expedite all works.
Among others, Puri Collector, SP, Puri, OBCC Managing Director, and other officials were present.
