Bhubaneswar: A patient allegedly committed suicide by jumping off from the fifth floor of the All India Institute Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here today.
The man identified as Mahendra Swain, aged 39 years was admitted to the Burns & Plastic Surgery Ward of the hospital on July 11 this year.
Swain was a native of Birapratapur of Puri district. However, the reason behind Swain’s suicide is not known.
