Bhubaneswar: A person has reportedly jumped into Mahanadi river from Mundali bridge in Cuttack.
A scooter and slippers were found on the bridge while the identity of the person is yet to be ascertained.
After being informed by locals, fire services personnel launched a search operation to trace the person.
Earlier on August 27, a youth from Bhubaneswar had also jumped into the river from the bridge.
