Photo Of Youth Smoking Cigarette Inside Lingaraj Temple Goes Viral, Netizens Angry

Bhubaneswar: Resentment prevails among the people after a photograph of a youth smoking cigarette on the Lingaraj Temple premises in Bhubaneswar went viral on social media. While devotees are angered over the incident, the police have launched a hunt to track down the youth.

According to reports, a youth named Devi Prasad Das shared a photo smoking a cigarette inside the temple on his Instagram ID on Monday. The photo shows him standing near the temple kitchen and smoking a cigarette. The youth is said to be from the local area.

As the matter became public, police have launched a manhunt to nab the youth.

It is worth mentioning here that a few days back, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty shot many photos and videos inside the Lingaraj Temple raising concerns about the security at the temple.
