Rourkela: Rourkela police have arrested an Area Commander of the People’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI) Nelson Gudia and one of his associates.
Police have seized two pistols and live bullets from their possession, reports said.
They are allegedly involved in several serious criminal offences of extortion, murder, etc in the areas on the Odisha-Jharkhand border.
A special team of the Rourkela police based on intelligence inputs conducted a surprise raid in place under Bisra police station limits leading to the arrest of Nelson and his associate.
