Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) on Saturday announced the tentative dates for the annual Plus II examination in 2025.

According to CHSE Controller of Exams Prasanta Kumar Parida, the exam will be held in two phases: internal and main. The internal examination for non-practical subjects will take place from December 26 to 30, 2024. The practical examination is likely to be held from January 2 to 12 next year.

On the other hand, the main examination will be held between February 15 and March 20. The results of all streams will be announced within 45 days after the examination is over, informed Parida.

The main examination will be conducted after the internal examination for subjects without practicals. The official dates for all streams will be declared by the last week of November 2024, stated Parida.

While the internal examination will be held for 20 marks, the candidates will appear in the main examination for the remaining 80 marks.

Parida further informed that the examination form fill-up process has commenced. Additionally, he emphasized that only students with a minimum attendance of 75% will be eligible to receive their admit cards, enabling them to appear for the examination.
