Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Bhubaneswar on Sunday night to campaign for the BJP candidates for the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in the state. He is scheduled to address two large rallies in southern Odisha – Ganjam and Nabarangpur on Monday.
The Prime Minister will leave Raj Bhawan in Bhubaneswar and reach Berhampur by helicopter at around 10.00 am. He is scheduled to address a poll rally at Kanishi Chowk. This is the first election rally of the Prime Minister in the state.
Around 12.30 pm, the Prime Minister will address another public meeting at Chikili in the Nabarangpur Lok Sabha constituency today.
PM Modi will then leave for neighbouring Andhra Pradesh to campaign for his party candidates in the southern state.
According to reports, PM Modi is scheduled to visit the state for electioneering again on May 10. He may participate in a road show in Bhubaneswar on that occasion.
