Police Constable’s Body With Limbs Tied Found From Hotel Room In Bolangir

Bolangir: Body of a police constable with his limbs tied was found inside the room of a hotel near the railway station here on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Shankarbhanu Behera. He was serving as a constable in the Reserve Police at Subarnapur.

According to reports, Shankarbhanu Behera along with Vineet Sharma had stayed in room no. 212 of the hotel on Thursday.

Today morning the hotel staff found Behera dead with his limbs tied while Sharma had fled.

On being informed Bolangir Town police have seized the body and have launched an investigation into the matter with the help of their scientific team.
