Talking to the media, Chhend Police Station IIC AK Biswal said that Braja killed them at around 12 midnight using an iron rod and knife.
The bodies of Istar and Madhusmita had been recovered under mysterious conditions in the locked house at Kalinga Vihar on September 27th.
