Bhubaneswar: Former Minister and senior Biju Janata Dal (BJD) leader was on Friday appointed as the State President of Biju Shramika Samukhya-the workers’ front of the BJD.
“Shri Prafulla Samal, Ex-minister is hereby appointed as State President of Biju Shramika Samukhya with immediate effect,” read an office order issued by BJD president Naveen Patnaik on Friday.
