Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Odisha on November 29 for a three-day stay, as announced by Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan on Monday.
Speaking to the media, Harichandan shared that the Prime Minister will attend the DG-IG conference during his visit. He highlighted that this is a proud moment for the state, as it will host the conference for the first time. The event will take place from November 29 to December 1.
He further emphasised that the Prime Minister’s visit signals the central government’s focus on Odisha.
“The fact that a major conference is being held in Odisha indicates that the state has gained significant attention and importance from the highest levels of government, particularly from the Prime Minister and Union Home Minister. Prime Minister Modi will arrive in Bhubaneswar on the evening of November 29 and stay until the afternoon of December 1 to attend the event,” informed the Law Minister.
“This visit will help bring further development to the state, marking a new chapter in the state’s progress,” he added.
