**Bhubaneswar**: As Narendra Modi government completes 4 years in power on Saturday, the Bharatiya Janata Party has planned a fortnight-long programme to mark the occasion with the PM’s address to a public meeting at the millennium city Cuttack.
The saffron party’s numero uno poster boy cum PM, Narendra Modi, got delayed by an hour and reached Bhubaneswar Airport and straightaway flew to Cuttack city. He came in Special Air Force plane Rajkamal.
He was extended a warm welcome by the Odisha Governor Satyapal Mallik, Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi and Odisha DGP RP Sharma. A horde of BJP leaders were also present to welcome the PM.
The absence of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was conspicuous and even the Bhubanswar Mayor was not present to welcome the VVIP.
The IAF helicopter which will fly him off to the public meeting at Cuttack was ready and he immediately escorted for his flight to the millennium city.
