Bhubaneswar: Eminent Academician Prof Aditya Prasad Padhy paid two days’ visit to the Central University of Odisha to review the progress of various developmental activities of the University and to mentor the students, teachers, and staff to make the University one of the best learning centers of higher education of the state.
Prof Padhy is the UGC nominee to the Executive Council of the Central University of Odisha, a member of the Finance Committee and Chairman, Project Monitoring Committee of CUO, member of the advisory board of NAAC, and former Vice-Chancellor, Berhampur University.
He addressed the teachers and Officers on best teaching and learning practices and how to excel academically and administratively. Prof SK Palita, Vice-Chancellor in charge presided over the meeting and expressed that quality assurance needs to be a way of life in any academic institution.
Dr Asit Kumar Das, Registrar delivered the welcome address and spoke on the importance of quality assurance and sustenance.
