Public Catch Glimpse Of Naval Operations By Indian Coast Guard In Odisha’s Paradip

**Paradip:** The Indian Coast Guard, in commemoration of its 43rd raising day on February 1, presented the general public and school students a glimpse of its military activity inside deep sea at Paradip on Sunday.

Odisha Governor Ganeshi Lal was also an audience to the show in which the Indian Coast Guard showed how a ship provides support to another ship inside the sea, how to control a fire mishap in a boat or ship and rescue operations carried out in sea.

Various ships and vessels of the Indian Coast Guard including Sujay, Vijay, Amogh, Sarojini Naidu, Charlie-425 and 426 along with Dornier aircraft were a part of the show.

The aim of the event was to inspire young minds to join the Indian Coast Guard, who are always alert for security of the coast including that of Odisha’s Paradip Port, one of the premier maritime gateways on the East Coast of India.
