Puri: Renowned sand artist Manas Sahoo created a spectacular sand animation at his Puri studio on Tuesday to mark Mahavir Jayanti. The two-hour-long artwork vividly portrayed the life, teachings, and message of Lord Mahavir.
Through intricate detailing and expressive storytelling, Sahoo highlighted the core values of Ahimsa (non-violence), truth, compassion, and peace—principles that remain deeply relevant in today’s world. The sand animation aimed to inspire viewers to embrace these timeless values in their everyday lives.
The artwork, created over two hours, captured key episodes from Lord Mahavir’s life, from his early years to his teachings on morality, compassion, and non-violence.
