Puri: In view of the huge rush of devotees and serpentine queues at the Shree Jagannath Temple due to the holy month of Kartik, the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) has appealed elderly and physically weak devotees to avoid the rush hour.
“Elderly and physically weak devotees should avoid visiting the temple during rush hour since Mahaprabhu Jagannath listens to a devotee’s prayers from wherever he prays for his blessings. Devotees are requested to visit the temple during less rush hours,” appealed SJTA Chief Administrator Ranjan Kumar Das.
