Puri: In the ongoing probe into the murder of senior servitor Krushna Chandra Pratihari, the police escorted two accused to the Barabati Jagaghar for recreation of the crime scene. The two accused brought to the crime scene on Sunday were Hari Panda and Baba Mohapatra, reports stated.
The servitor was shot dead from point-blank range at Barabati Jagaghar on March 16. On Saturday, police had recreated the crime scene with key accused, Tutu Mohapatra and Kunmuni Suar. So far, ten persons have been arrested in connection with this case.
“A crime scene was recreated on the first day of the remand of the accused. A special investigation team led by Additional SP is investigating the case,” said Superintendent of Police, Kanwar Vishal Singh.
According to the police, Kalia Singhari and Dalgobinda Singhari hatched the plot to eliminate Pratihari. Kalia is the brother of Guna Singhari who was murdered in 2012.
