Bhubaneswar: Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday resumed his 87-day ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ in Odisha after offering prayers at the Vedvyas Temple in Rourkela. He was accompanied by AICC in-charge Ajoy Kumar and OPCC president Sarat Patnaik.
Soon after, Rahul addressed the public at Panposh Chhak. After a lunch break at Bisra Munda Ground at Ranibandh he will attend two more public meetings at Kutra and Baragaon in the afternoon.
Later, he will resume his yatra from Ranibandh and address a rally at Rajgangpur and undertake a padayatra in Sundargarh town where he will address another public meeting before retiring for the night at Amlipali Ground in Jharsuguda.
The Congress scion will resume his yatra from the Old Bus Stand in Jharsuguda on Thursday and address a rally there. After lunch, Rahul will resume his yatra from Kanaktora in Jharsuguda and enter Chhattisgarh in the evening.
Rahul Gandhi launched the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ in Manipur on January 14 and it will conclude in Mumbai on March 20.
