Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Railways has planned to run a special train between Bhubaneswar and Krishnarajpuram (Bangalore) on May 18 for the passengers stranded due to cancellations of trains during Cyclone FANI.
Bhubaneswar-Krishnarajpuram Special Train (06562) will leave Bhubaneswar at 2200hrs (10:00 PM) on May 18 (Saturday) and will reach Krishnarajpuram at 2250hrs (10:50 PM) on the following day.
The Train has 14 Sleeper Class, two Second Class seating and two guard cum luggage van having stoppages at Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Palasa, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Duvvada in East Coast Railway (ECoR) jurisdiction along with important Stations like Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Gudur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpetai and Bangarapet between Bhubaneswar and Krishnarajpuram.
The down train with number 06561 is also leaving from Bangalore Cantonment railway station today at 1530hrs (3:30 PM) and will reach Bhubaneswar at 1900hrs (7 PM) on May 18.
