Bhubaneswar: Lord Jagannath’s Gundicha Yatra will be held on two days this year. On account of this, all government, government-aided and private schools; and all universities and colleges in Odisha under the Higher Education Department will remain closed on July 8. The State government has declared July 8 as a public holiday.
The School & Mass Education Department and Higher Education Department have issued separate press notes in this regard.
