Bhubaneswar: As the class room teachings in the last academic session have got adversely affected due to the pandemic Covid-19 and nationwide lockdown, the Odisha School and Mass Education (S&ME) Department has decided to conduct remedial classes for the students of Class I to Class VIII from the new academic session (2021-22).
It has been scheduled that the planned remedial classes will be conducted at least 2-3 months initially in a bid to enhance the educational capability of the students in the schools across the State.
A circular issued by the S&ME Department mentioned, “It has also been decided to conduct remedial classes for first 2-3 months of the next academic session to bring the students to appropriate competence level. This will be applicable to all Government, Government-aided and all un-aided private schools under the School and Mass Education Department.”
