Bhubaneswar: Amid COVID-19 pandemic scare, this year the Republic Day will be celebrated in a restricted manner all across the State. Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal will hoist National Flag and take the salute from State Police and other armed forces in Bhubaneswar.

Revenue Divisional Commissioners will hoist the National Flag at Berhampur, Rourkela, and Khurda while, Collectors will do it at Bolangir, Bhadrak, Boudh, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Gajapati, Jajpur, Jharsuguda, and Kalahandi.
