Bhubaneswar: Light rain is very likely at one or two places over the Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, and Jagatsinghpur districts, while the weather will remain dry over the remaining districts of Odisha.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at a few places over Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul, Dhenkanal, Sambalpur, Sonepur, Boudh, Kalahandi, and Kandhamal districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours.
Light rainfall has occurred at one or two places over Keonjhar and Bhadrak districts and dry weather prevailed over the remaining districts of Odisha. Shallow to moderate fog at a few places with dense fog has occurred at one or two places over districts of coastal Odisha, Angul, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Sambalpur, Kalahandi, and Kandhamal.
Minimum temperatures observed marked a rise at one or two places over the districts of north interior Odisha, an appreciable rise at a few places over the districts of north interior Odisha, at one or two places over the districts of south Odisha and no large change elsewhere in the state. The minimum temperature was markedly above normal at one or two places over the districts of interior Odisha. The highest maximum temperature of 33.0°C was recorded at Malkangiri and Boudh and the minimum temperature of 13.0°C was recorded at Sundargarh in the plains of Odisha.
