Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Secretary Deoranjan Kumar Singh said that the government is very much concerned and sensitive to the problems being faced by the Odia migrants stranded in other States and are eager to return to their homes.
All will get the chance to return to Odisha, he added.

Those who want to register can login to this portal on their mobile phones or computers,” Singh informed.
He said for the purpose of registration of returnees a nodal officer has been appointed both in panchayats in rural areas and wards in urban areas. These nodal officers will assist returnees in the registration process, he added.
The Panchayati Raj Secretary said that quarantining for 14 days is mandatory for all returnees in urban and rural areas.
“They can only go to their homes after completing the quarantine period and on being declared fit after being medically examined,” he clarified.
