Bhubaneswar: The Revenue & Disaster Management Department is set to introduce a new mobile application aimed at facilitating the online issuance of caste, residence, and income certificates, among other services.
This was announced by Revenue & Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari on Sunday.
“The app will enable students and other applicants to apply from the comfort of their homes without needing to visit the Sahaj Jan Seva Kendra,” the minister said while speaking with reporters.
He added that the application will not only allow users to submit applications but also support online payments. Once processed, the department will upload the certificates to the app, enabling users to download and print them at their convenience.
Minister Pujari emphasized that this initiative is part of the department’s efforts to enhance service delivery and provide citizens with easier access to essential documents.
