Koraput: A rogue dog has unleashed a reign of terror at Borigumma in Odisha’s Koraput district since Friday morning. It has bitten more than 23 people since today morning and some of the victims are undergoing treatment at various health centers in Borigumma.
Since this morning, a few rogue dogs have been roaming around the streets and biting people in Borigumma triggering panic among the people. In some areas of Borigumma, people are afraid to leave their homes because of this dog menace.
