Bhubaneswar: Students of Sai International School enjoyed the historic moment of Chandrayaan-3’s landing on Moon’s South Pole, making India, the world’s first country to achieve the feat. The students shouted slogans like ‘Jai Ho ‘ and ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.
Students performed various patriotic programmes to mark the historic moment.
The whole day, quiz programmes pertaining to Chandrayaan-3 were organised among the students and teachers.
The successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 was live telecast for the students.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chairperson of Sai International Dr Silpi Sahoo said that this moment of success was thrilling for all and will encourage students to become future scientists.
Similarly, the school’s Senior Principal Neelakantha Panigrahi said that this golden moment of Chandrayaan-3’s successful landing will encourage students to study science and information technology.
