Samaleswari Temple To Remain Out Of Bounds For Public For Over 4 Hours Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: The famous Samaleswari temple in Sambalpur will be closed to public tomorrow for four and a half hour starting 2 pm due to President Droupadi Murmu’s scheduled visit to the shrine.

The temple trust board took the decision after a meeting today. The board also started preparation to ensure the smooth darshan of the President.

The President is scheduled to attend the convocation ceremony of Veer Surendra Sai Technical University (VSSUT) at Burla on Tuesday at 4 pm. After that, she is scheduled to visit the temple and offer prayers at 5:25 PM. She will return to Burla at 5:55 and spend the night at the MCL guest house.

The temple priests are also excited over the President’s visit.

On November 22, Murmu will attend the National Education Mission at 9 am on the premises of ‘Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya’ at Majhipali on Sambalpur-Jharsuguda road.
